Recipe Fideuà

Ingredients for 4 people
1,5 liters of fish broth
400 g of especial noodles for fideuà
½ kg of monkfish, cuttlefish and clams
One tomato and a half chopped
100 g of olive oil
1 garlic glove
A spoonful of paprika
Chopped parsley, salt and saffron

Elaboration
Place the paella pan over the fire with the oil. When it is hot, fry the chopped cuttlefish until it’s well-browned. Then fry the garlic, paprika, parsley and tomato. Stir well and add the fish soup. When the boil has started, put the noodles, the monkfish t and the clams. Let everything boil over a high heat for 10 or 12 minutes. Then, 10 minutes on low heat until it dries. For greater delicacy of this dish you can also add crayfish, lobster or prawns.
